After studying Applied Human Psychology at University, Sarah spent the following years working with people in a variety of different contexts, including teaching and counselling. INSIDE OUT combines her love of style with her years of experience in coming alongside individuals and enjoying seeing people free to enjoy being who they really are. Sarah lives in Cardiff with her two teenage sons.
Despite her love of ‘dressing up’ as a child, Joy somehow managed to end up as a manager in the Health Service! She then went on to discover more of who she really is as a qualified counsellor and coach in personal development. Joy’s love of colour and style, together with her passion for seeing lives transformed have finally merged in INSIDE OUT. She lives in Cardiff with her husband and two children.
